A native of the Beaufort, SC area, Nancy began her real estate career on Hilton Head Island spending a number of years with Sea Pines Real Estate. Nancy was one of the original four Realtors hired by Alcoa, South Carolina at the beginning of the Dataw Island development in January of 1985. She has spent over 22 years assisting customers in making Dataw Island their home. Her extensive knowledge of the community assures that you will find just the right property on Dataw Island. A resident of the Beaufort area and active community member for over 30 years, Woody was the first sales representative at Dataw Island, beginning his tenure there in late 1984 prior to Dataw's opening in early 1985. He is intimately familiar with all phases of the island and has seen it develop into the magnificent residential community that it is today. Woody enjoys golf, boating, fishing, cooking oyster roasts, shrimp boils and barbecues, and doing the South Carolina State Dance – the Carolina Shag. |
